It would be far more indormative if they told you the news in the first place instead of telling you the news they were going to tell you about… after the break!
Diane Sawyer on World News Tonight was well known for her hyperbolic headlines followed by blasé stories , not sure if David Muir is continuing the tradition
@RobinHood2013The prejudice against Fox news is foolish. There is no reliable news source, and since most of the networks are stooges for the Democratic party (Dan Matthews sacrificed his career trying to boost Obama with a false story) relying on any news is failing a basic intelligence test.
“For the details of this story, tune in Channel Six starting at 5:30 tomorrow morning.”~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~That’s when I’m just starting the second wave of REM sleep. The heck with them..If it’s all that bad, I’ll read about it later.
As someone commented on a similar story a few days ago, when news began to be used to generate revenue its objectivity was destroyed, integrity didn’t even enter the equation, and NO ONE should watch it without the strongest possible internal filter.
The Fox organization isn’t just one channel. There is sports programming, entertainment, business news, general political programming and news programs.
you can tell who listens to abc cbs nbc cnn etc etc – they always blame fox news for their own one liner phobias – lolit isn’t about news people, hasn’t been since the 1980’s when frank reynolds declared that the news was all about telling people how to ‘feel’ about the news – thus ‘news’ services don’t report news they sensationalize it so they can draw more viewers and make more money. think about it – if the anchors get paid based on the number or percentage of viewers they have, do you think they will just report the ‘facts’ and let the viewer decide if they like the anchor that is reporting the facts – goodness me NO – they will soup ‘em up so that everybody will get emotionally charged and start ’rooting’ for ‘their’ news team to beat all the other ‘news’ teams.
besides how can the king sleep if he is given all this bad news all night which only makes him worry and not sleep. so throw a brick through your tv and get some sleep :)
