Uh oh! Don’t tell me hot head Gruesome is going to go after my buddy Vitamin now. Don’t worry Vitamin, I’ll protect you!

Good morning VistaBill, davidf42, Gweedo and other friends. Gruesome has been bitten by the acting bug. Maybe tomorrow or Sunday we will see Him get captured. Y’all have a blessed day.

Acting MUST agree with Gruesome – Mel called him by his real name, and Gruesome didn’t angrily correct him this time.

Gasp! Gruesome is smiling! Too bad he made a bad career decision (robbing banks and murdering janitors) that’ll keep him from following his true calling, the stage.

So now he’s gotta silence the “bugle” ?-—-He won’t hurt Vitamin; he knows the bugle is part of the show.

Yeah, I thought that Gruesome was really getting into the acting. That’s why he will not be looking out into the audience for Tracy. If he manages to reform, I think he should get into acting. What if he really didn’t kill Otis and was just helping with props like he said? He’d still have to go back to jail but not for as long. (Of course, even in that case, we don’t know how long his current sentence is and how much of it he served.)

Yeah, it wouldn’t surprise me too much, though he’d want to get a job that included acting. Even “A. A. Stone” said that he had a great future in acting.

As Sam might say, Ye gods! what is this world coming to? Gruesome, smiling and expressing enjoyment of acting?! Sweet Kandikane (or is she so sweet, really?) mooning over bugle-boy Vitamin “Teddy” Flintheart, who is old enough to be her grandfather (if not great-grandfather)?! What next, Gruesome surrendering to Tracy without putting up a fight? —Nah, that’s stretching credulity too far….

As colleague Sisyphos - might’ve considered observing this AM, it’s some more ’ BIDDING TIME ’ again, using his more generous and gentlemanly way of stating the obvious ! (?)

And perhaps no slip of the tongue (?) – when Vista Bill calls Gruesome a “Hot Head” in his opening remarks (?)

Like a final tip of the Otis cap, ii’s really a sort of “Last Crack” at the Heads Up thing, (that’s been panel dominant some 6 weeks now). A farewell, before Sam arrives - and comes Crashing In !!.

While now sufficiently alerted, Neil’s there, just trying to control the slightest affirmative NOD (or two) of his head, as in panel 2 - Gruesome shows him ‘one more time’ as it has been - and right after, Vitamin looking him in the eye as he readies himself to ‘Trumpet’ the END of the parade in 3 !

But you know, I’ve got to admit.that it’s the Boris Karloff (Gruesome) Head, And it’s many varied expressions that’s been the main ‘attraction’ here, in holing our interest, and really carrying the basketGreat Art !.

Gruesome is soon to be surrounded by MCU cops. I think Kandikane is the only way out…but i could be wrong..you never know around here..

Maybe Gruesome will become the star of the state prison drama club. With all that he’s done, I don’t expect him to ever get out of prison (legally) to make a return performance at the Patterson Playhouse.I hope Tracy at least let’s him take a bow…

Actors can always be replaced…

Vitamin must love having his hair color that way……..I’ll take a wild stab and guess Kandikane meets her demise thru Gruesome, though.

Nice to know we have Rikki, the Blackhearts, BB Eyes, the Sprockets and who knows who else waiting in the wings to start the New Year off right, as well…..

Kinda missing Rikki! She’s hot! She’s just in the wrong business; she oughta be hugging a brass pole!

As I recall, Jonathan was not too fond of the bugle either…
