I like Lucy’s expression in the second panel about the cinch being on tight enough. I’m sure like most horses, she would blow her belly out so that it wouldn’t get too tight. Many riders learn that it’s important to check the cinch before mounting or they find the saddle slips over to the side when they get on.

Danae needs to get a stuffed tiger. They’ll go down any hill with you.
