    umm.. I don’t get it; is it because in this case ‘app’ is just for cell phones, or app as any program (including for desktop). If app is used as a synonym of program in general, why would it not be possible (if the first one I totally get it)

    previous comment on the basis that ‘app’ is just short form of application (same as program). But in the context of cell phones only, I am surprised that Rita caught it, unlike some situations presented in Dilbert, where they were asking for a 10 year experience in Java when Java had only two years in the market
