Beaks and feet are highly thought of in Chinese cooking. But then, as I was told by those who know, “In China we eat anything with legs but a table; anything with wings but an airplane.”
“Nope. I got that at Beaks, Feet & Beyond!”

This really happens, I once found a bird’s head and one wing and that was it on my garage step. Bleh!
