Funny how people say “government is too big” but still expect it to provide roads, bridges, police, fire-fighters, schools, national defense, and so forth.

Will Rogers once said: “Be thankful we aren’t getting all the Government we’re paying for.”.I have to agree.

Hindenburg or Long Island?

Stop creating committees, subcommittees, and departments for every occasion. The CIA and FBI don’t communicate well because of bureaucratic rules, so instead of changing some rules they create an Uber Department of Homeland Security with more paperwork and payrolls.

Mark Twain said that people generally get the government they deserve, so if you’re that frustrated, work to affect some change.
