This absolutely reminds me of Thanksgivings (and Christmases) past. Coming home from FLA to Michigan with “Cake Batter”. In fact there was a time I covered my mother’s beautiful porcelain cake tray with “batter” and my sisters, brother and I would take turns running to the pantry after sipping wine and opening gifts Christmas Eve 1985 or so. “Those were the days my friend, we thought they’d never end…”
