Funny, I’ve heard about these people who are offended by “Merry Christmas” but I’ve never run into any of them. I’m an atheist and I’m certainly not offended by it. And even though the Jesus of the bible, if he existed, certainly wasn’t born on the 25th of December I have no problem with anyone wishing him happy birthday. On the other hand I have encountered people who seem to be offended when anyone recognizes that many people celebrate holidays other than Xmas this time of year.
