Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
So now what, are they going to morph all of the old storylines into one? The mismatched couple, the egotist athlete, the non-athlete marketing genius, the missing coaches…
Can’t we have just one gratuitous shot of Gil staring at his championship trophy like that Larry Culpepper character on the Dr. Pepper commercials. I can just see Gil staring at the trophy, “I wish I could take you out of the trophy cabinet so I could show you to my friends.”
Suddenly out of character for Bobby — up to now he’s been all stats and basketball fundamentals, he hasn’t been worried about things such as branding. This could be an early sign of a storyline edging towards lamenosity …
I’m to lazy to dig into the archives, but I am confidant that this plotline has been kicked down the road before….most likely in the yuppie 90’s.J. McGuire
Yeah, Doyle Dane. I was trying to remember the name also. Where are they going with this? Only thing interesting today is the Winnie Cooper cameo in P2
Next game fans will be stomping their feet shouting “Baconator! Baconator!” every time he scores, like that “shamrock shake” thing. Yup, this is a repeat alright.
I see Maxwell Bacon’s brand as looking like the old Milton Bradley logo, except that the right side of the “M” will have the “B” extending from it.

Does “brand” mean boy or girl?

I think Bobby is about to become the “Brand X” of team managers. Still wondering where the plot is headed.

BStatWhiz wants to be the new Milford Marketing guru since Doyle Dane apparently has graduated.

Yes, who is that delightful creature in P2?
Wait, was that creepy?

We don’t even have to go back to Doyle Dane for brand references. Art Standish insisted that True get No. 7 because it was part of his brand.

…Bobby turning into street agent Sonny Vaccaro right before our eyes!
Mop, I was out of pocket Saturday, but it was a beautiful shout out…you have to admit I have been restrained so far this year!
