Wow, that is almost exactly the same as the weather at my location this morning, except that the chickadee front is much smaller in volume.

My dear cat used to catch birds relentlessly. It was heart breaking, as I love cats and birds. Then I discovered the cat bib, available online. Cheap, humane, and it really works. I have no connection with the company, but just want to spread the word. I made my sweet kitty wear it every time she went outside. Instead of catching about 2 birds a day, she caught about 2 a year. Sadly, I lost my dear my dear Megas last August. But please do try this is you have a cat that hunts birds, making her spend her life indoors would have been cruel as she was already an indoor-outdoor cat when I rescued her.

Cats should be kept indoors. Period. They will live longer by not being hit by cars, eaten by coyotes, poisoned by someone who doesn’t like them pooping in their flower beds, and EATING ALL THE BIRDS. If they never go out they don’t know what they’re missing. If your child wanted to play in the road you wouldn’t let it or would you because you’d think it was cruel because they wanted to play in the road? I don’t know how many cats my sister has lost because she thinks like you do. They’re not intelligent enough to stay out of danger you have to do it for them! Make them an outdoor enclosure they can be safe in but roll in the grass, sniff the air, watch birds and squirrels but they and all the other creatures are safe.
