I hope it wasn’t one of those big cakes with a woman hiding in it; that could really make Paris Goat’s insurance premiums go up.

either pig gave goat the “very long delay relight candles” or goat blew candles, ate cake real fast(or not eat at all), and went to sleep before the candles relighted (less than 2 seconds)

It’s the thought that counts .

That’s NOT how trick candles work…unless Goat blew them out and then ran out of the house without eating the cake.

Just a reminder people, this is a comic strip, try not to over think it and just laugh.

However it happened (I tend to favor that Goat threw the “blown-out” candles in the trash and left his house before the fire flared up), Goat’s house is totally enflamed and probably will burn down to a pile of ashes. This could mean that, for a while at least, he will have to move in with his friends Rat and Pig. What a trio of housemates that would be!
