Looks like it took Dale three tries to pass Algebra II. Or attempts to succeed at, whatever.As for Burl’s mental deficiency, that is offset by his abundance of cowardice. He did excel in Physics. He’s got Newton’s “equal and opposite” law down pat. LOL….Burl thinks emergency personnel are stereotyped as being mentally deficient…
And why would he think that? Because people are always calling HIM mentally deficient, or some variant thereof…. And the only reason he could think of for that, of course, is that they know he’s a civil defense captain..So that must be their stereotype of civil defense captains…and probably all emergency workers…. I mean, personnel…
