Woman: I thought you used the super computer at work to calculate whether this chair would fit down the stairs. Man: Apparently, there are some things our pitiful earthling science can't figure out.
If they rotate it 90 degrees on its vertical axis (as it would be sitting on the floor), it would have a better chance of fitting through that stairway, as the underside appears to be a bit narrower in its width than in it’s depth.

Of course it’ll fit – just needs a little twisting (which the computer figured out but these geniuses couldn’t).
