Given the colors of the pennants, I take it as a nod to us in the DC area that get a football championship about once every 40 years or so. Only about 20 more to wait it out this time.

Well, “We’re #32!” would be either the Tampa Bay Bucs or the Tennessee Titans, both at 2-14. Since the Titans had the larger negative point differential, I guess they would be #32.
