you see, about 30 years ago there was this tv series called ‘Fantasy Island’ (look it up) and the main character’s sidekick was a midget called Tattoo, who, whevever the plane carrying the clients would approach the island, he’d run up to Mr Rorke yelling ‘the plane, the plane’…..and so it goes
I lived through the 80’s too, but I wouldn’t call ‘em my roots. The 60s and early 70s are roots for me. Late 70s less so. That’s the transitional period. That’s the beginning of "What happened, man?? "
As even with the answer it still does mean anything to me, so I am going with being one of the “younger ones” and will not mention I don’t think it was shown this side of the “pond”

The 90s were when I started publishing Patty-Cake and writing for Nickeoldeon, but that was a real lost-in-the-woods decade in other ways.

My family watched Fantasy Island every week. The first season was the best… in later seasons it drifted away from the original premise.

I chuckled a bit … I miss Fantasy Island…and love boat along with the crossovers :D Tattoo was my favorite :D
