That’s sweet. You would expect Marigold’s coat to say “Marigold is perfect”.

I’m reminded of a story arc where Phoebe released Marigold from her promise as an obligatory best friend, but Marigold stayed around because she wanted to remain friends with Phoebe.

Now I want a unicorn!

Really well done, Dana! Each of those panels is a delight in its own right, and we see so many new aspects of Marigold. Her “splorsh” is delightful! And then rolling just like a mortal horse…wonderful!

Phoebe’s going to hate brushing that out.
