too small — can’t read the strip even when it is enlarged

Can’t read, to small. I bet it will be good one.

I had to press the magnifier icon and then scroll up on my mouse while holding the Control button. I was able to read it before it got too distorted.

How odd. It was a difficult thing to read. heh…

Are they trying to tell Zach he’s using too many pixels lately?

Some of his strips have been very long.. maybe they made it narrow so the total area will be the same as a regular strip.

Uploading them was going through more than his share of those big cartoon ink cartridges.

For “rock” you could also read genetic aberration or psychological twisting or even tumor. I wonder how much history and artistic beauty resulted from any of those?

Why is it so dadgummed tiny?! I made out most of it except for the fifth panel from the bottom. “The difference was taken as a _____ of the teacher’s wisdom.” Can’t get that one word there.

The problem here is that GoComics is running strips written a few years ago, when SMBC was only a web comic on its own site. Zach made comics of varying sizes and panel configurations, which was fine since they were given adequate room on the SMBC website (as AlexandreAR’s link shows us). But GoComics apparently has some maximum-size setting, and when it tries to shoehorn some of the longer SMBC comics into that max-size box, this sort of thing is the result.
