How often has Mona seen this happen?. Anyway, the barf/re-hydrate! cycle is underway….

Heat stroke! I know that feeling well, but I also get headaches. That’s why it is important to stay hydrated.

I think I had a heat stroke back in Cortez, Colorado, in 2003 one time. Vomited at the dinner table when having dinner; tried to take small servings to prevent vomiting.

I learned to increase my salt intake when doing activities that caused lots of persperation. Just drinking water will not do it for me, I have to have salt to process the water.

JDG Taking in more salt is the wort thing you can do, unless you are a well trained athelete… those individuals loose a considerable amount of fluids.
