Michael, you need to start picking up after yourself. But cleaning up keeps grandma physically active. It's important for people her age to get exercise-and picking up after me is a great workout for her. A sad attempt to justify the fact that you're a slob. I prefer to think of myself as a job creator.

When I was in Tanzania, people just threw their trash anywhere. When I asked why they didn’t throw it in a refuse bin (often there was one close by), the answer was “We’re making work for someone else”.
