I want to see them do the Boston [winter] Marathon.

There is still ice on the lakes. First open water by the inlets/outlets was just last week.

Not me. I’ve heard of them going rock climbing in 112f heat activity nuts are self destructive.

I have seen idiot newscasters in southern California remark that 90 degree weather is just perfect for a marathon.

Training for the fall marathons means long training runs in the summer heat. Pick your poison.

these type people are addicts/idiots. they think they are going to live forever. they are like those religious zealots who whip themselves in order to be more holy. humans aren’r designed to run, form follows function.

No wonder Pastis makes such fun of “Jeff”.

I applaud and respect their healthy lives but there are other activities. Read a book, heck, write a book, or something. Alternatively if they want to move there is always dance class or something.
