Don't you understand? Cause the sun was just right there, I couldn't see. I didn't know what to do, and then it hit me! I turned my This way, and it blocked the sun from my eyes! I wasn't saying the hat thing was a bad idea. I was saying that posting it online as a life hack was a bad idea.

I wondered what that thing on the hat was for…

My current favorite is the baseball players who, when they are playing the field, wear sunglasses ON TOP of the bill of their caps. I have seen at least one lose a pop fly in the sun that way.

Now, remember, everyone over 30… when the people UNDER 30 start talking about ‘life hacks’, just smile and nod. They’ll figure out that they’re talking about ‘ideas’ sometime after 30.

My college prof dad & some colleagues worked out a theory to predict grades the first day – no hat =A; brim front = B; brim right = C; brim left = D brim back = F.
Only reason to wear it backwards is to fit a catcher’s mask (showing my age – we didn’t have full-face crash helmets)

I am right there with you. I wear baseball caps when I go fishing and always wear it “The Right Way” with the bill in front where it belongs.

Bet it would help keep the rain and snow off my glasses. Should I post it?

I hate it when the sun is in my eyes and I can’t see my computer screen.
It’s bad enough that my computer is downstairs. If I had it in my bedroom, I would be able to close the blinds and curtains.

I’ve been considering using my cap to keep rain off my glasses; I’m not sure I have to cover more of my face with a rain bonnet than with a cap.

I have a Tilley. One brim. Goes all the way around. “Hack” Just a different name for Eloise’s Household Hints. Next incarnation they will be called “Insights”?
