OK, I get the story line now. Obama doesn’t want the player drafted because the player is of more worth to the USA as a scientific researcher and surgeon than as a football player, and Obama didn’t want him damaged. Yesterday’s strip was very ambiguous about why Obama didn’t want the guy drafted by the NFL. Sadly millions of fans will not pay billions of dollars to watch our genius do whatever in a research lab.
Does anyone remember when this strip was actually funny? Its been so long I can’t even remeber the last time I got a chuckle from it…. a pity really… I seem to remember that it once was…. maybe I’m mistaken?

I remember when this strip was more timely too. The draft was three weeks ago.
