When I worked in Hawaii, flip flops were called “go aheads” ‘cause you couldn’t back up in them.

I used to wear huaraches most of the time. Cool and comfortable. Can find them as well in Kansas.I lived in New mexico as a kid.Do Huaraches get thrown as much as chanclas?
