Our dog loves barbeque sauce. But then, she’s from Kansas City.

There are those who claim pork barbeque can’t be Texan. Those children can’t remember the Great Depression and their Pig Stands. Bob Hope had it right, “In Texas, they barbeque everything except Ice cream.” And I have even found barbeque-favored ice cream.

Ah, yes, Kansas City, the Rome of the West……….

Well, I’m not from Kansas City, although I visited several times, and I like everything bar-b-que! Of course, let’s not confuse grilling with true bar-b-que…

Is this all about Kansas City, Kansas, or Kansas City, Missouri? Sorry, I’m from the east-coast, and I like barbecue, but I’m not familiar with the various factions…I just know what I like when I eat it.
