My opinion, there are several very important issues that need to be addressed: the racial divide, the economic divide, employment, the environment, terrorism. The boils need to be lanced sooner or later. Don’t keep slapping band-aids on them. .As Emperor Claudius said in the old miniseries, “I, Claudius,” “Let all the poisons that lurk in the mud hatch out.” My parents had it hard in their youth, easier in old age; I had it easy in my youth, probably harder in old age. Eventually old people just might end up in Soylent crackers.
The Republicans here ran a white, female candidate who also claimed to be a pediatric neurosurgeon, top rank of course, and she’s an idiot. Is this profession now flavor of the month to make the dumbest among us, seem the RNC model of brilliance?
