That tummy in the second picture is just begging to be rubbed!

Bite they little heads off; nibble on they tiny feet.”I always hear Leon Redbone singing that, and I did yesterday evening as well. Gave me an earworm and I was hearing it all night. Even sang it to my 3 beauties, and they thought I was nuts. Good morning, everyone. Glad to hear everyone had a good Mother’s Day. Had a wonderful time at mother-in-law’s (as usual).

That gray kitty in the third picture looks like my Murdoch – and has the same attitude….

I had a vet appointment this morning to take the girls for their blood test.

I think the grey one, Halle, is depressed and /or angry because she snaps and hisses at me.

Susan is back and coming over to help get her into the carrier. Then we are going to swap rooms for the cats. The girls will come in here (the den) and orange kitty will go intothe kitten room where he can’t hide.

This vet has been taking care of Kathis’s cats for 14 yrs. When I told the tech and the vet what happened, they both just smiled and said, “well, maybe something happened”.

The were smiling like the Stepford wives. They are both of the “dominant religion” in this area and maybe are not allowed to show emotion.,

Once again, I’m venting.

We are paying for the tests from our donations account. I contribute to it via the sales of my kitty pads so don’t feel bad.

Great pics today :) Bless you QoA for coming to the aid of those 2 older ladies – things like that still amaze me even after things I saw working at a SPCA. Kudos also to Gweedo, the world could do with more like you :)

Orange Kitty steals rubber bands from from the drawer. His favorite plaything, but I take them away so he doesn’t choke.

But….the fleas have met their match today!!!!!!!!!

@MCTSThe animated cats are great. In fact, an orange cat named Tassel, from Saskatchewan, Canada (owned by a dear friend), made a similar jump from the floor onto a high closet. It was such a high jump, that a local newspaper published an article with picture claiming it was a record. I came across that news clipping not too long ago. The cat’s name is Tassel.

LOTS of posts today. And wonderful pics and videos.

My LOL today was the cat stealing from the drawer. The look on his or her face was hysterical!

Blood work done and passed. Applications to Best Friends, blood results and new photos all emailed. I brought the girls in here because they are used to socialization and put little One Eyed Jack in the kitten room because there is no place for him to hide.(other than the cubes)

I so enjoy all the pictures, and to read about all of your adventures. I would comment more often, but am on so late and most of you seem to be ‘early cats’ Still feeling the scratches from baby Willow, But watching her do some of the same things as the pics and videos was just so funny and sweet. Do cats learn to retract their claws when playing?
