Rainy days are more fun when you grow up.

Who said it wasn’t bad luck to fly a kite in the house?

If heavens open, riding a bike is more fun.

I’d give most of my teeth for a day of real rain.

I didn’t like playing outside, so a rainy day during the summer was a blessing.

Genius!

Last Thursday night we were waiting to watch The Tommy Bartlett Water Show, when the rain broke out! Those of us in the “premium” seats had to duck for cover under the roof covering the lower price seats!

Of course, it was a water show, so the show did go on as planned although delayed a bit until the wind died down…

@neverenoughgold: So, you paid for a water show, and you got more than your money’s worth. Water you complaining about?Sounds like you’re vacationing at the Wisconsin Dells….. one of those places where you can never have enough gold.

I prefer the heavy rain over the hot weather.
