Of course there is 6:00 a.m. and there are people who enjoy being awake at that time.
Some morning people are quite obnoxious but so are some night owls. I’ve lived with night owls who saw nothing wrong with keeping up a racket all night while the “obnoxious morning people” of the house were trying to sleep and who was a tyrant if we were not absolutely silent when she had to sleep.
