The Spanish version “Using her head” is somewhat better, but the English doesn’t really work.

One of the many horrors of English spelling is words like “read”, pronounced REED or RED. So, is Tia Carmen saying that Gracie is trying to be a REED head or RED head? Either way the joke is lame.

Gracie would be a well-read-head. Learning by osmosis!

Look closely at the book title. Why is it so thick? In the Marines we learned that within minutes of standing on the yellow footprints!

The thing is, the first page of “Perfect Posture” reads simply “Walk around with this book on your head”, and the other 600 pages are blank.

Maybe she’s thinking that the information from the book will seep inside her head.

Instead of president or a doctor, maybe Gracie wants to be a CPA. She can already balance the books!

    HAW!

If she’s going to be a politician, she has to know how to posture.
