Just went once to a Hooters in a mall in San Antonio, and it looked more or less like any other casual restaurant/bar. Besides the obvious good looks of the waitresess and some risqué ads in the walls, like “Our Waitresess run on flatteries”, everyone was acting pretty normal. I didn´t see “the magic”.
