Good morning everyone. I am fairly good a math. However, I almost failed calculus in college. It wasn’t until third quarter physics that it clicked. The instructor worked some problems on the chalkboard and I finally understood. (That wa bad for an Electronics Technology student. Although I rarely used calculus at work).-—————-We are a very tolerant community of friends. Please, let’s keep it that way. Thank you everyone.-—————-Be happy and healthy my friends.
It’s easier to water beer down when it’s draft instead of bottled, though……….@beviekThanks for posting “Chug a Lug.” I’m a HUGE Roger Miller fan. (I think Number Three posted “Buffalo Herd” for me a few of my requests back), and I was going to suggest another one from him after my turn for “All That Jazz” comes up. Now I’ll think u[ a new one. (Hmmmm….maybe “The Man Who Waters the Workers’ Beer”, come to think of it…..)Any tornadoes your neck of Missouri last night? We were spared but Lee Summit was hit, and that’s far too close for comfort.
@Starman1948I am such a poor speller and bad typist that there’s not a day goes by that I don’t silently thank the genius who invented it.When I’m writing something of worth ( rarely, according to some ), Spell Check has eliminated 80% of the editorial rants and red pencils.Parenthetically, my mom, who worked as as high school secretary until she was 83 yrs. old was pushed into using a computer by modernization. Much to the astonishment of her bosses and the bemusement of my brother and I, she took to it, like a duck to water. She absolutely loved the ( early versions ) of Microsoft Word and Spell Checker and immediately lobbied us for a home computer. She’s been gone since 2001 at age 89, but I bet , if she were still around, she’d be keeping up with all of us on social media.

I like for my beer to taste like hops and barley – not fruit.

This reminds me of the Uptown Saloon in Greenwod, NE USA as that happens quite often & usually with my beer but sometimes others that are on tap!

Andy tastes are very discriminating, he wants his beer to taste like beer, not a potpourri

When I’m in town sitting on a public bench, I often see beer barrels being rolled from the back of a huge lorry into the pub.
Doesn’t lead me into temptation one bit.

How could Jack not run out of beer with Andy around all the time? When Andy dies of cirrhosis Jack will start showing a profit.
