Darned if I want to be a cat.I want to come back as a dog, but I want to be owned by someone like me. Oh and I get to choose the breed, Make me a retriever (Golden, Lab or Chessie ).

Once as a kid I expressed a desire to be a cat, and I remember somebody saying “OK, tomorrow morning eat a can of cat food without using your hands, and then lick yourself all over.”

But on a less cynical note, I will add this: Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.

Dogs think humans are gods..Cats know they’re not gods, but they know humans aren’t gods either.

After all these years I had an epiphany the other day as to why i would rather be a dog than a cat. (Really prefer to be a human actually). Dogs seem to have the ability to empathize, Cats seem to be have an air of indifference. Dogs dig right in to their meal, cats have to play with their food for a while. Ok, done.

Cute cat drawings. Only thing—the last one, Sensei should have had her head turned back towards the upheld back leg. They don’t “play the cello” when they’re washing a front leg.
