Again want to say thank you to all that have sent prayers and good thoughts over the last few days for Precious. Still break down and cry, but now they are tears of thankfulness that she is going to be okay. I feel like a kid at Christmas, I don’t feel like sleeping because I just want tomorrow to come so hopefully I can bring her home. I know that just like Christmas, the sooner I go to sleep the sooner tomorrow will get here. Will post as soon as I find out what treatment is decided on and when I can bring her home. Please continue the prayers and good thoughts that just a change in diet or something just as simple will be all that is required. Goodnight to all you wonderful people for being here with me throughout this ordeal. Knowing I wasn’t alone made it easier to cope.

So when I was getting dressed this morning, Yum Yum decided my bra was a hostile life form that needed to be destroyed. She went chasing off around the house, stopping to bite it and beat it, while Paul and I could only sit there and laugh until we cried at her antics. She is now in her sphinx pose on the back of the recliner with an innocent look on her face.

The kitten is doing a lot better this morning. No runny, gooby eyeballs. So far no sneezing, either. He will stay on the meds for 10 days.

Replying to Dry and Dusty: No, we managed (so far) to avoid the flooding.

My cat, Tabby, has lately decided he’s a jumper. He jumps five feet up from the dining table to the nearby china cabinet to check the contents of a wicker basket on top. He likes to “sharpen” his non-existent front paws. He does this at least once a day. The scary thing is that his hind legs always thump against the glass doors of the china cabinet when he lands on top and pulls himself up.

Glad to hear Precious will home soon. I have a foster kitten for your viewing pleasure. I am calling him Tommy after the cat in Breaking Cat News.

Big Man made it through his surgery absolutely fine. He’s back home, minus two more teeth, which means he’s only got two left! One of my previous cats, the late, great Simon, managed pretty well without any.

Announcement! Blood work for Precious is normal! She can come home! She will be on the new antibiotic for a little while longer, but that is all. I am going after my little girl. Thank you all so much for the prayers and good thoughts.

@Ppyfss….prayers have been answered. Can’t wait to hear how Buster reacts when she arrives home.@Mary…glad the surgery went well. Bad teeth, so far, have not been an issue with my cats…knock on wood.@Rikki….you did GOOD trapping mom and kittens. Your little boy is handsome….he’ll have potential adopters lined up around the block for him one day!@QOA….haven’t yet read last nights comments but am glad to hear about the kitten’s eyes being better. You and Brad (and Susan) are my heroes.

More Cats Than Sense, love that adorable little white kitten I that photo, and Vuedue was Beautful! So were the half-siblings.

Queen, wow, you are separated by a lot of distance from your sister. I bet you miss her.

I know I am missing some replies. I will check later. It’s quitting time, and this gal is heading home. :)

AND I MEANT TO POST THIS BEFORE I LEFT WORK TODAY, CHESNEY AND JACK ARE JEALOUS of all the fun the dogs are having in the Dog Park. Maybe Annie should get Chesney some Cat Nip, NO on second thought, Chesney on Cat Nip would be a very BAD idea! :-D
