Well, that went boring rather quickly.
Now Garfield lies to the spider and does swat him. There, baboom, easy peasy.
Awkward.
You could do what my daughter did: talk the spider into getting into a box and putting it outside. (I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it.)
We all know its bad luck to kill spiders! how ever many legs they have !!!
It’s certainly bad luck for the spiders.
I can imagine him wearing tiny shoes in the first panel.
