C’mon, steward(ess)! Cut Roger Fox some slack! He had been trying to get to the flight all day (or week in comic strip time)! It was just a mistake by addressing you by the wrong gender.

So, by deduction, his seat is 13C?

Well, its right there on his ticket..

And when the flight is finally in the air:

Well folks, it looks like we’ve been diverted to Point Barrow Alaska for a short stay-over of about six months.

Bunko airlines will try to find temporary accommodations within four dog-sled hours of the shed for most of you . Of course this will be on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee affordable rates however because of increased demand.

To the passenger in seat 13C, your meeting has been canceled, please return home.
