One time my husband and I noticed two boys playing next to our driveway. We went out to say hi (and to make sure they weren’t messing with the car). They said that they were looking for snakes, and had actually found one. They pulled it out of its box to show us, fully expecting me to freak out and get all “girly” on them. Their jaws dropped when I asked if I could hold it…and had it slithering through my fingers!
