I’m surprised that she manages to say the complete “ten billion and…” number in the time it takes the rope to complete one revolution.

Technically, “and” in a number indicates a decimal point.

“Ten billion one”, “ten billion two” …

“thirty dollars and eighteen cents”“eight six and three tenths”

This is how Trump counts the crowds at his speeches.

As far as the “and” goes…..I have seen people write out a check for $101 as…..“One Hundred and One”….not, “One Hundred One”.

17, 18, 19, 20…in between.

I loved skipping! I would only have to do about 10 skips now and I would be crashing to the ground out of breath.
