Stopped shaving in high school. Trim it, but don’t shave it.

Sometimes you gotta go where everybody knows your name.

One of my favorite strips. Nice sentiment and its always nice to see a big grin on Chuck’s face.

I don’t think I’ve ever noticed anything telling us what one of the never seen Peanuts parents does for a living before.

Been trying out an old-fashioned straight razor, every week or so. I just can’t get a real close shave with it. Not the easiest thing to hone, either.It is nice to see Charlie Brown happy about something…

Charlie Brown hasn’t grown a beard for shaving yet.

At first I thought CB was wearing a tie; until I realized he was wearing a jacket over his infamous zig zag shirt.

I get a haircut every four weeks, and I use it as an opportunity to chat with my barber on what is happening around town…

Nobody sees the irony of a bald kid having a barber for a father?

Agree with JohnFarson19, this is one of my favorites. Just makes you feel warm and fuzzy all over.

It is a lovely strip. It’s obvious that Chuck and his father have a special bond. It’s also nice that he gets along well with the other employees.

My barber used to make the same offer to me as a kid (a free shave). I told him I’d take him up on it when I got married. I joined the service and was away for a couple of years. I came back for my wedding and when I walked in the shop he not only gave me the haircut, but I got the free shave.

The only time when someone else has shaved my face,

Even with a beard, I still have to shave my neck and a few patches on my cheeks three times a week. The reason the beard is where the beard is is because that’s where the hair grows thickest and fastest. The reason where the beard ain’t where the beard ain’t is because that’s where it grows slowest and sparsest, so shaving it every other day is enough.

Charlie Brown can round out the foursome for the barbershop quartet……..

I also got a warm and fuzzy feeling from this one. Rare to see CB smiling.

They should ask Lucy if she wants a shave.

I grew up in a couple of small town barbershops in the 1960’s…The great smell and great comic books are imprinted in my memory

All these years and I never knew Charlie Brown’s dad had a barber shop or that Charlie Brown had a jacket
