I have a couple Coach City Bags I bought back in the 90s. After a few years a strap showed signs of wear, and the store replaced it free. I also have a black leather billfold. These last forever, I use them all the time and use the Coach cleaner and conditioner twice a year. Well worth the cost, I’ll never need to buy another purse.
