Frankly, I think Teena looks just about perfect. I understand that the absolutely no dress absolutely never determination would be a problem at times but not normally.
They both should know by now that Teena has no interest in being the “princess.” Buy her a few slightly dressier tops if you must, but don’t change her whole style.
Won’t do you any good to buy her foofy “princess” dresses if she kicks and screams and refuses to wear them. ONE pretty dress for special occasions, or family photos, then some nice pants, jeans or leggings and cute but not fussy tops for the rest of the time. Once knew a little girl, about four or five, whose Mom wanted her to be a pretty pink princess. The child wasn’t having any of this and found ways to ruin every dress her Mom stuffed her into. Mom was losing her mind until Dad took the child to the clothing store and bought a lot of cute tunics and leggings and made a deal to get ONE nice plaid dress without a lot of fussy decoration to wear to Christmas at Grandma’s The girl was perfectly happy to wear her kitty, unicorn and pegasus tops with the comfortable leggings, and they were just “girly” enough to placate Mom.
Teena looks ridiculously good in dresses and skirts. Such a shame she doesn’t feel good in them. So, once more, a couple of fancy dresses and/or skirts for fancy occasions like church, and jeans, shorts, shirts, leggings for the rest. Kind of like I said yesterday.

Teena has the face of a chihuahua that’s been “dressed up” and is about to be paraded around….

Tag-team belittling. They didn’t have a Barbie to play with and now they’re making up for it.

She did dress up as a princess for Halloween…a warrior princess with a sword!
