When I was a teen in the ā70s I would spend just about every summer day out on a lawn chair with a book, my radio, and a nice, cool beverage. Iād go back to school & kids would ask, āDidnāt you go outside at ALL???ā I couldnāt tan to save my life, but I didnāt burn, either.

I was never bothered with being laid out in the sun for many an hour, until fairly recently.
Still no damage, but it does begin to sting.

I refuse to work outside between 10 am and 3 pm in order to avoid sun damage. Plenty needs doing inside, anyway.
