WowâŠthis is the second comic strip that dealt with lying. I once went to a jewelry party (kind of like a Tupperware party, only with jewelry) and a woman was ordering stuff like mad. At one point she said that she & her husband never argued. I said to her, âThen youâre either a fool or a liar.â Before she left she told us that she had to make sure that she got the credit card statement before her husband so he doesnât see all this. I said, âSo THATâS why you donât have arguments; you lie to each other.â I know I was mean but her superior attitude drove us all crazy.
