There are two forms of matzah brei: sweet (like french toast) or savory (with a little bit of onion and garlic). Which one do you prefer? I like the sweet, my sister likes the savory.
My girlfriend and I have brei every Saturday. I could send you the recipe.I have never heard it being sweet, only spicy and less spicy.French toast is French toast.
