I agree Andre needs to step up his game. Get better coffee. You are a coffee shop geez and if I have to pay a quarter or two more so be it.
If I was Andre I would visit the other coffee shops in the area and other areas when I can to get ideas.

Maybe he needs a few doughnuts. Once the cops start coming, he’ll have plenty of business . . .
