    He’s just citing the guarenteed last Use By date for the universe. But the is a whole array of events to make homework appear a silly thing to do in the much shorter term. Giant meteors, mass coronal ejections, massive intesteller x-ray events that you can’t even see coming, and much more. The meteor is almost certain, having happened a number of times. And like a lot of other Earth killer events, they can happen at any time..The is all rather comforting, since the human experiment has been a crashing failure. Development of animal forms beyond about the level of marmoset is tragically flawed.
