The Cold part is almost certainly the Water they are swimming in..I live in Florida and most of the Lakes around here have water temperatures in the Mid 60s.That’s pretty much Year Round.Spring fed lakes are like that.It comes out of the Spring Cold and the Breeze cools it off even More through Evaporation.90 Degree Air temperature loses the battle to Evaporative Cooling..Further North, they also have the Ice in the Winter thing that means they are Starting from a Much Lower water temperature to begin with..We can probably take the “Fat” part as a joke about the fact that they have worked so hard all summer that neither of them has any “Excess” left. .
