She’s got an immune disorder, if I remember correctly. Bubble Boy sort of thing. They may end up a good match. She’s already on wheels, and he’s headed that way in a few years.
I enjoy food, but there are many other things in life that I also enjoy, and I try to eat healthy so that I can spend many more years enjoying them. Besides, there’s plenty of good-tasting food that’s also healthy. (In fact, I find that most fast food doesn’t have much taste and what taste it does have isn’t very appealing.)

If she cared about him at all she would encourage him to eat healthier. He won’t make it to age 50 eating so much junk and being that obese.

He is obese in his teens. You can’t enjoy life much when you are that fat.
