How can you stop something that doesn’t move?

So far the mythical demigod, Wayne Rooney, hasn’t scored a single goal in the World Cup.

Sorry, Pab. I love watching World Cup soccer and will see every game I can – I mean come on, it’s a max of 3 games on any day. It could be so much worse - it could be baseball!

Could be worse: “What are you doing this week?” “Watching a game of cricket.”

Queeni, if you haven’t noticed in sports New ENGLAND is doing better than the Yankees. Boston doesn’t get to kick their butts again in over a month, but you know where our Sox will be kicking

What’s the World Cup? Oh, and what’s soccer? Does it have something to do with that maddening hum i hear every time I turn on the TV?

It is either a soccer game, or your power supply is short circuited to the audio system

No sports for me - I went to an event today and posted a photo of my new costume on my FB.

Hi. New to commenting. Enjoy your work very much. It has that fine line between pure hilarity and sadness and touching emotions. Anyway, I don’t watch soccer/football/foot-the-ball much, and from what I hear, with a certain musical instrument, it seems i’m not missing much. Hope to see more great work soon!
