MMO Game = Massively Multiplayer Online Game. One normally sees MMORPG, for Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, which is what EverQuest II (for example) officially calls itself.

Indeed, MMORPG is a subcategory of MMOG.

just as i was questioning my choice of an avatar unrecognizable at this small size. i see a possible advantage in being an obscure target.
