Being on the other end of the stalemate I think Her Majesty probably is more honest than all the ‘reduce your debt call us and send money’ letters I get.
pooh: Even when Sparky’s hands were failing him, his brain was still pretty bleeep sharp and with the exception of a couple of years in the late 80’s (the whole summer of “I want a cookie” gags, for example) I would say the strip never really suffered in wit or humor.
I can’t draw by hand, but I’ve gotten really good at “inking” with a computer over the past four years. Technology lets me create perfect polygons and smooth curves. It’s just too time consuming (right now) to be a tool for more than limited work.

Pabs, I’m looking forward to getting the 1999-2000 complete Peanuts, if I last that long which I should. The guy was a Genius.
I was under the impression that you invented this great new way of producing comics because of limited drawing ability.
I can’t draw worth a hoot, but I do doodle some fun stuff.
I hope you get to publish 50+ years of NAQV.

We are all concerned with the economy etc. but it IS FUN to laught at the obvious sometimes. I also enjoyed the nod to Sparky and Lucy’s booth ;-)
